April started her passion for business leadership as the DECA President at Riverton High school while watching her mother raise 5 girls when her father died of leukemia, when April was 16.   She attended Brigham Young University with her Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science with an Entrepreneurship focus. She has created business ventures with leadership positions of coaching and mentoring women in health and business.    April holds the notion 'collaboration over competition' and has found that approach helpful in real estate as well.  A team of professional services working together for the clients best interest means everyone wins. April is excited to be a part of the fastest growing city in the country and how she gets to help her clients integrate into our exciting community.  

April is an active listener and her attention to detail magnetizes creative solutions and resources. She knows what questions to ask to access essential information for each transaction, which couples well with her proficiency in social media and marketing.  Her signature selling style and direct communication bring value to each transaction.   In her free time, April enjoys a healthy lifestyle and cheering her boys on at sporting events. Her husband and their four children love Southern Utah adventures and creating family memories.
